Time for a Dose of Art in Motion<\/h2>\n

Get started with November in Novi Sad by walking from exhibition to exhibition. Start from the very\u00a0heart of the city<\/strong>, where two exhibitions of national importance await you in Gallery Square. One of the exhibitions in question is\u00a0Sava \u0160umanovi\u0107 and European Realism Between the Two World Wars<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, which includes the largest number of works by one of the most significant Serbian painters. Get to know the artworks of Sava \u0160umanovi\u0107 at the\u00a0Pavle Beljanski Memorial Collection<\/em>\u00a0and continue with the\u00a0Gallery of Matica Srpska<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0The Gallery of Fine Arts \u2013 Gift Collection of Rajko Mamuzi\u0107<\/em>, which has a programme dedicated to the exhibition. You still have the opportunity to visit the fantastic exhibition on the history of the ninth art in this region. Make sure to catch the exhibition\u00a0From Neven to Batman<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, which is perhaps the best way to get acquainted with what comic art is, through\u00a0guided tours<\/strong>. In November, they will be held on\u00a0Saturdays from 12 p.m.<\/strong>\u00a0(5, 12 and 19 November). Your curator will be the author\u00a0Zoran Stefanovi\u0107<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the District, you can expect an installation in the public space\u00a0May the Children on the Street Play with Your Eyes<\/a><\/strong><\/em>!, as well as another unusual exhibition of comics on a tapestry \u2013\u00a0Everyday Heroes<\/a><\/strong><\/em>. From 10 November, we invite you to take a walk to\u00a0Svilara CS<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0Serbian National Theatre<\/strong>\u00a0and find out what is hiding on\u00a0The Other Side of Image<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0through an excellent art display.\u00a0Other? Europe<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0programme arch, which will officially end the European Capital of Culture title year, brings us another major exhibition, which will be organised in as many as four locations\u00a0from 25 November<\/strong>; an international exhibition of contemporary art\u00a0Milky Way<\/strong><\/em>, which will be staged in the Museum of Contemporary Art of Vojvodina, the exhibition space of the SULUV Gallery, the Creative District and the Cultural Centre of Novi Sad.<\/p>\n

Theatrical November<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The theatre scene in Novi Sad brings you great performances for all generations this month. When it comes to the oldest theatre in Serbia, the Serbian National Theatre, we recommend you go watch\u00a0Carmen<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, an opera in four acts that started the new theatre season. The month ahead at the Novi Sad Theatre brings the International Festival of Contemporary Theatres, so we advise you to reserve the beginning of November for it. This month, the Youth Theatre brings you numerous performances for the youngest, so we advise you to take the little ones to the performances of\u00a0Beauty and the Beast<\/strong>,\u00a0Learned Mice or The Tale of the Horseless Knight<\/strong>. November Festival Fever<\/h2>\n

Three interesting festivals await you this November in the European Capital of Culture. Film lovers will enjoy the eighteenth edition of the\u00a0Free Zone festival<\/strong><\/em>, which will be held from 3 to 8 November at the Arena Cineplex cinema. The incredible 11 documentaries and feature films with authentic expression await us, which encourage rethinking and questioning. The festival will open with the premiere of\u00a0Ruben \u00d6stlund\u2019<\/strong>s film\u00a0Triangle of Sadness<\/strong>, which won the\u00a0Palme d\u2019Or at the 75th Cannes Film Festival<\/strong>. Just a day later, on\u00a018 November<\/strong>, the famous quintet band\u00a0Kanda, Kod\u017ea i Neboj\u0161a<\/strong><\/a>, who have been present on the national scene for more than 30 years, will perform the District\u2019s Fabrika. On the same day, in Hall 2 of the Novi Sad fair,\u00a0Marko Louis<\/a><\/strong>, whom we listened to as part of the Flags of the Future of the\u00a0European Capital of Culture<\/em>, will perform as well. The next day,\u00a019 November<\/strong>, is reserved for the performance of the band\u00a0Elektri\u010dni Orgazam<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0at Dom Kulture. The performance of the legendary band in Novi Sad is a part of the big tour celebrating 42 years of their existence.
