Whether you missed some of them during the rich five-week programme or simply want to relive the <\/span>atmosphere of the most significant exhibitions<\/span><\/b>, now is the perfect time to immerse yourself in art.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Three significant exhibitions<\/span><\/b>, two of which are permanent installations, invite contemplation and exploration. Therefore, we warmly recommend setting aside time, either alone or with friends, to stroll through this district of contemporary creation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The Use of Man<\/b><\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>

The exhibition <\/span>The Use of Man<\/span><\/i>, opened within the Ti\u0161ma Pavilion during Literature Week, is inspired by the novel of the same name by Novi Sad\u2019s literary giant, Aleksandar Ti\u0161ma. Through contemporary artistic forms, it explores human destinies, traumas, and identities in times of war. This outstanding interactive installation, designed by authors <\/span>Mina Aleksi\u0107 and Ljiljana Kuzmanovi\u0107<\/span><\/b>, offers a unique artistic space for reflecting on universal topics of war, evoking strong emotions and shedding light on the relationship between the individual and society during critical historical moments. Is there a boundary between before and after the war? Does choice exist in war? Production In(finite)<\/i>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>

The exhibition<\/span> Production<\/span><\/i><\/b> In(finite)<\/span><\/i><\/b>, which remained a permanent installation in the District after the seventh Kaleidoscope of Culture, showcases <\/span>22 tapestry works<\/span><\/b> from the Atelje 61 collection. Opened during Applied Arts Week, the installation emphasizes the quality and artistic value of tapestries, selected by master weavers with <\/span>curator Danijela Vimi\u0107<\/span><\/b>. The works encompass various techniques, from classic weaving to modern artistic expressions. Spirit of Place \u2013 A Century of the District\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>

Another permanent installation, opened at <\/span>last year\u2019s Kaleidoscope of Culture<\/span><\/b> and attracting significant public attention, is the exhibition <\/span>Spirit of Place \u2013 A Century of the District<\/span><\/i><\/b>,<\/span><\/b> by authors <\/span>Monika Bilbija Ponjavi\u0107, PhD, and Nemanja Milenkovi\u0107<\/span><\/b>. This multimedia installation explores the history of the District through six thematic units, from the founding of the factory to the moment Novi Sad became the European Capital of Culture. Through six artistic rooms, the exhibition leads visitors through key moments of the past century, using stage design to create an interactive and immersive experience. Inspired by the ideas from <\/span>Christian Norberg-Schulz’s<\/span><\/b> book on the identity of place, the installation reexamines the relationship between space and identity, inviting the audience to reflect on social changes. Through its organization and space construction, the exhibition seeks, at times quite literally, to mirror the turbulence, progress, changes, tragic destinies, chaos, hope, and <\/span>cacophony of an era<\/span><\/b>.
