The Parks4All consortium, coordinated by Cinema City Association from Novi Sad, is excited to launch the educational program Event Lab: Outdoor Events Management for Cultural Managers and Producers.
This innovative educational program, funded by the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia Programme, offers participants a chance to gain knowledge, practical experience, and professional connections in the dynamic field of outdoor event management.
What is Event Lab?
Event Lab is an educational platform that offers a combination of theoretical and practical learning through four training modules in four different cities, led by leading experts in event and cultural management. The program aims to provide young professionals with comprehensive education and hands-on experience by working on four innovative festivals in 2025 and 2026.
What do you get as a scholarship recipient?
– Intensive training through four modules with renowned lecturers and international networking
– Hands-on experience at four festivals in 2025 and 2026, giving you practical insights into event management.
– A certificate of completion and a recommendation for further career opportunities in leading festivals and organizations in the region, including Kaleidoskop, Doček, Cinema City, Mikser, Malomfesztivál, GastroFest, Dorćol Platz, and many more!
– Full coverage of tuition fees, accommodation, meals, and travel expenses.
– Opportunities for further professional development through internships and collaborations with major festivals and organizations.
– A final CON conference in June 2026, where you will showcase your acquired knowledge and skills.

- Module 1: Introduction to Managing Outdoor Events and Festivals
- Location: Novi Sad, Serbia.
- Dates: March 26-29 2025
- Key Topics: Cultural engagement in public spaces, participatory planning, ecological principles, and production management.

- Module 2: Risk Management and Artistic Programming
- Location: Kanjiža, Serbia.
- Dates: April 9-12 2025
- Key Topics: Risk assessment, creative use of natural venues, and fostering artist-community collaborations.
- Partner Implementing: Omladinsko i kulturno udruženje “Wemsical Serbia”.
- Module 3: Communication and Marketing of Outdoor Events
- Location: Mórahalom, Hungary
- Dates: April 23-26 2025
- Key Topics: Communication strategies, social media tools, community partnerships, and technical aspects of outdoor events.
- Partner Implementing: Catholic Youth Foundation.
- Module 4: Event Execution and Evaluation
- Location: Szeged, Hungary.
- Dates: May 7-10 2025
- Key Topics: On-site event management, post-event evaluation, sponsorship, and funding strategies.
