In case of a disagreement between the provisions of this Agreement and any understanding, statement, representation, information, the content available on our Website, or other data contained in any other material and correspondence between you and Foundation, this Agreement shall prevail.

 

Applicable law and Dispute resolution

This Agreement and any matter or dispute arising out of or related to the subject matter of Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, excluding the conflict of laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by the competent court at the seat of the owner of Website.
