Faces of Novi Sad: Isidora (25)

I’m honoured to have been living in the capital of Vojvodina for 25 years now. I was born in Novi Sad. I graduated from the Academy of Arts there. The first time I set foot on the stage of the Serbian National Theatre was basically when I was still in my mom’s womb, and then again in the Madame Butterfly opera when I was six. I got my first professional role in the play Doppler, which was also performed in the Serbian National Theatre. One of the most beautiful periods of my life was those 12 years of attending the Isidor Bajić Music School. In Novi Sad, I sang my first notes, fell in love with music and some people as well. With this city’s beautiful architecture and the fact that I can get anywhere by bike in 15 minutes, I can’t imagine living anywhere else in Serbia.
